SpEd Staff Onboarding and Training Resources
CSI schools are responsible for the hiring and supervision of school-based Special Education staff. Schools should create a rigorous onboarding process to ensure Special Education staff have the knowledge and tools to provide high-quality, rigorous, individualized support to Students with Disabilities within the school’s chosen model. The resources provided here may be used to supplement a school’s existing Special Education onboarding procedures.
