CSI Schools must provide evidence-based English language proficiency programs for Multilingual Learners to enable them to develop and acquire English language proficiency while achieving and maintaining grade-level performance in academic content areas.
Title III is designed to improve the education of Multilingual Learners by helping them learn English and meet challenging state academic content and student academic achievement standards. The program provides enhanced instructional opportunities for immigrant students.
