All Multilingual Learners (NEP and LEP), including students with disabilities, are required to participate in the state English language proficency assessment. There are three participation options:

1. ACCESS for ELLs without accommodations. 

2. ACCESS for ELLs with accommodations (for details, refer to the current year ACCESS for ELLs accommodations manual)

3. Alternate ACCESS for ELLs for students with the most significant cognitive disabilities.
