The Education Accountability Act of 2009 requires each Colorado district and school to create an annual improvement plan |
Annual (or biennial if school qualifies) plans are submitted to and reviewed by CSI prior to final submission to CDE. |

Important Dates
- August 15: First Draft of UIP completed in online system
- September: Receive feedback from CSI and make changes to draft
- October 15: Final draft due in online tool
- February-May: Regional work sessions for UIP updates
