CSI schools retain autonomy in the selection of data management systems so long as the selected system(s) align with state reporting requirements. Technical support from CSI staff for schools operating on systems other than those mentioned here would be significantly more limited.
Schools should access the following resources when seeking system support:
1. Schools should utilize the vendor’s online community, trainings, and resources as the primary method for accessing support related to student information system set up and troubleshooting. (Links to SIS vendor resources are below.)
2. Each vendor provides troubleshooting support if the available resources do not address the specific issue you are experiencing.
3. Finally, schools can contact the CSI Data Submissions Team with data management system questions related to state reporting.
