Assistance Fund

The Assistance Fund was created by the General Assembly to assist CSI Schools with capital construction and reasonable emergency financing in the form of interest free loans or grants. The Fund is adheres to the requirements set forth in the Rules for the Administration of the CSI Assistance Fund.

CSI schools may apply for funds in one of the following categories: 

1. Matching Moneys for the BEST Program 
2. Financing Repayment of Moneys under CECFA or Other Loan 
3. Other Capital Construction Costs 
4. Reasonable Emergency 

Applications for non-emergency loans are accepted in February of each year. Applications for emergency loans may be submitted at any time.
